Customer support

For help with Color Analysis, email support@coloranalysis.tools. This is our contact address for product questions, technical support, billing, refunds, and privacy requests. Requests are handled by email; response times depend on the issue and any information needed to investigate it.

Product or technical questions

Describe what you were trying to do, what happened, and the approximate time of the issue. Include your browser and device type and any displayed error message. You can attach a screenshot after removing sensitive information.

Keep the browser session used to create your report open when possible. Reports are tied to that browser session and are temporary; changing browsers or clearing cookies can prevent us from restoring access. You do not need to send another copy of your face photo to report an issue.

Payment and refund requests

Use the subject Payment support or Refund request and include:

• The email address used at checkout.
• Your order number, payment reference, or receipt.
• The purchase date and charged amount and currency.
• A description of the duplicate charge, missing report, or serious technical problem.

Please read the Refund Policy before requesting a refund. Never email your full card number, security code, bank password, account password, or identity documents. We may ask for limited information to verify that you own the order.

Privacy and data requests

Use the subject Privacy request and explain whether you want access, correction, deletion, or help with another data right. Include the email address associated with the relevant account or order, if applicable. We may need to verify your request before disclosing or deleting information. See our Privacy Policy.

For an active color report, choosing Upload a new photo removes the previous report snapshot from our application. Payment and support records can be retained separately for required accounting, security, and dispute handling.

Business and policy questions

For business inquiries, content-rights concerns, or suspected misuse, contact the same email address with a brief description and the relevant page URL. Our public service name is Color Analysis. For the seller or payment provider identified on your transaction, check the details shown at checkout and on your receipt.
