Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for photo uploads, AI styling tools, and responsible use of the service.
最終更新日: 2026-10-12
Purpose and scope
This policy applies to Color Analysis, including photo uploads, color reports, image previews, other photo tools, accounts, and support communications. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Photo permissions and respectful use
- Upload only your own photo or a photo you have lawful permission to use for AI processing and, where relevant, image editing. Obtain permission from the person shown and any other necessary rights holder.
- Use the service for personal styling, education, and permitted exploration. Do not represent an AI estimate as a verified fact about another person.
- Do not upload private, intimate, exploitative, or unlawfully obtained images. Do not upload images of children to adult-only tools.
- Do not use appearance results or generated previews to harass, humiliate, impersonate, deceive, discriminate against, or exploit anyone.
- Do not remove context to present a generated image as an authentic photograph or a professional diagnosis.
Content standards and prohibited categories
These standards apply to uploaded photos, prompts, and other inputs, as well as AI-generated text, reports, and image previews. You must not use the service to generate, upload, request, edit, or distribute content in any of the following categories. The rules apply to real, synthetic, and AI-generated content alike.
Pornography or NSFW content
Pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexualized content that is not safe for work (NSFW) is prohibited. This includes explicit sexual acts, close-ups of sexual organs, nudity or sexualized depictions intended for sexual arousal, and sexual exploitation content. Do not use the tools to create nude images, pornography, or non-consensual intimate imagery. These prohibitions apply even when the people involved are adults or have given consent.
Violence or gore
Content depicting, promoting, inciting, or threatening violence, torture, abuse, terrorism, or mass harm is prohibited, as are graphic scenes such as severe wounds, dismemberment, or mutilated bodies. Do not generate or upload content that encourages self-harm or suicide or provides instructions for carrying out harm.
Hate speech
Content that demeans, dehumanizes, or threatens a person or group, or incites discrimination, hatred, or violence based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or another legally protected characteristic is prohibited.
Child-unsafe content, including CSAM
Any sexualization, pornographic nudity, sexual abuse, or sexual exploitation involving anyone under 18 is prohibited, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Content involving grooming, encouraging abuse, or endangering children is also prohibited. This includes real photos, edited imagery, and fictional or AI-generated depictions of people represented or claimed to be minors. Consent from anyone cannot make this content acceptable.
Deepfakes or impersonation
Fabricating a real person's identity, statements, actions, or intimate imagery, or using face swaps, synthetic media, or other deepfake techniques to impersonate someone, commit fraud, create false endorsements, or mislead the public is prohibited. Do not generate or upload such content. Lawfully authorized personal styling previews must not be presented as real events, the person's actual statements or actions, or authentic photographs.
Copyright or trademark infringement
Do not generate, upload, or distribute content that infringes another party's copyright or trademark without lawful authorization or another valid legal basis. This includes unlawfully using protected photos, illustrations, or other works, or using names, trademarks, or logos to create a false brand affiliation or endorsement. Do not remove rights notices to facilitate infringement. You must hold the rights necessary to process your inputs.
Other prohibited activity
You must not use the service to create, upload, request, or distribute other illegal content, threats, scams, or content that violates another person's privacy or other lawful rights. Do not bypass content restrictions by rewriting prompts, submitting repeated requests, or using other evasive methods.
The tools are not intended for identification, surveillance, sensitive-trait inference, or decisions about employment, insurance, credit, healthcare, or access to essential services. Do not use them for those purposes or claim that a style result determines a person's health, character, ethnicity, or worth.
System and payment security
- Do not access another person's account, private report, session credentials, or payment information.
- Do not bypass rate limits, payment requirements, report access controls, or security checks.
- Do not introduce malware, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, disrupt the service, or use automated requests that overwhelm its resources.
- Do not use stolen payment methods, falsify order information, or make knowingly fraudulent refund claims.
- Do not scrape private user data or redistribute another person's report without permission.
Platform content moderation
Submitting a report
Report suspected violations by emailing support@coloranalysis.tools with Content report in the subject. Include the relevant page URL or report or task identifier, if available, the approximate time, the suspected prohibited category, and a brief explanation. You may include evidence with sensitive information removed. You do not need an account to submit a report.
Do not download, copy, or forward suspected CSAM, another person's private photos, account passwords, or full payment details by email. For child-safety concerns, real-world threats, or other urgent risks, include Urgent in the subject and provide only the information needed to locate the content.
Review method and processing workflow
Support receives reports and reviews them manually. We assess reports against this policy, our Terms of Service, and applicable law, checking the report, relevant inputs and outputs that remain available and can lawfully be accessed, and necessary technical records. Provider safety blocks or risk signals, when available, may also inform the review. Reviewers access information only as needed to handle the report and process it under our Privacy Policy.
- Intake and triage: Record the report, determine whether the content can be located, and prioritize it based on child safety, danger to people, and other violation risks. Request additional information if needed.
- Assessment and investigation: Review the context, permissions, severity, and any history of repeated violations objectively. Seek clarification from the reporter or affected user when necessary. The number of reports alone does not establish a violation.
- Interim protection and enforcement: For credible urgent risks, we may restrict relevant requests or content access before completing the investigation. Confirmed violations may result in a warning, rejection of uploads or generation requests, removal of violating content still held by the platform, revocation of report access, feature restrictions, or account suspension or termination, depending on severity. We report suspected CSAM or other unlawful conduct when required by applicable law and cooperate with the relevant authorities.
- Notification and records: Notify the reporter of the outcome by email. Where legally permitted and consistent with safety and the investigation, explain the action and appeal options to the affected user. Retain records necessary for reports, appeals, and legal obligations, and avoid disclosing the reporter's identity or private content to unrelated parties.
Processing timelines
- Standard reports: We aim to acknowledge receipt within 2 business days of receiving the report and complete the review and provide an outcome within 5 business days of receiving sufficient information to assess it.
- Urgent reports: Suspected CSAM, imminent danger to people, and serious threats of violence receive priority. We take necessary interim protective action as soon as practicable after becoming aware of the risk and aim to complete an initial review and respond within 24 hours of receiving the report.
- Extended investigations: If additional evidence, provider assistance, or legal proceedings prevent completion within these target times, we will explain the reason, current progress, and expected next update within the original target window. Necessary interim restrictions may remain in place while additional information is obtained.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. These are processing targets. Urgent protective action does not depend on waiting for a completed investigation.
Appeals and user rights
If you believe an action was taken in error, reply to the enforcement email or email support@coloranalysis.tools with Content appeal in the subject. Include the relevant content or account identifier, your reasons, and any new non-sensitive evidence. We reassess the original decision and additional information and aim to respond within 7 business days of receiving complete appeal materials. If more time is needed, we will explain why and provide an expected update time. If an action was incorrect, we will correct the decision and restore access or features where possible.
Content enforcement and appeals do not remove any refund or consumer rights required by law.
