Agreement and eligibility

These terms govern Color Analysis. By using the service or purchasing a report, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling, and our Refund Policy applies to purchases. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement or have the permission required by applicable law. The service is not intended for children under 13, or a higher minimum where required. Tools marked for adults require users to be at least 18.

Service and limits

We provide online AI photo analysis, personal color and styling guidance, educational content, and generated image previews. The free color result provides an estimated season and limited recommendations. The complete report adds a broader palette, styling guidance, previews, and PDF export as described in the offer.

Analysis estimates visible features in your photo. Results can change with lighting, camera settings, filters, makeup, and image quality. Generated previews are simulations and may contain artifacts or alter appearance. We do not promise scientific certainty, identical results across photos, perfect likeness, or an outcome from buying clothing or cosmetics. The service is not medical advice or biometric identity verification.

Photos, accounts, and permissions

Upload only photos you have permission to submit for AI analysis and requested editing. You retain your rights in uploaded content and grant us the limited permission needed to process it and provide the service, including through providers. This permission does not transfer photo ownership to us.

You are responsible for accurate checkout information, keeping account credentials secure, and following the Acceptable Use Policy. Contact support if you believe your account, report session, or payment has been used without permission.

Price, payment, and taxes

The complete report currently costs $9.90 USD as a one-time payment, before taxes displayed at checkout. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Checkout shows the amount, currency, taxes, and available payment methods before you confirm payment. Your provider or bank may apply currency-conversion charges.

Payments use a third-party checkout. Report checkout currently integrates Waffo Pancake. The seller or payment provider identified at checkout and on the receipt may have additional transaction terms. Our application does not collect full card details. Returning from checkout alone does not confirm payment; access is granted after verified payment.

Digital delivery and access

There is no physical shipping. Payment confirmation unlocks the full report in the browser session used for analysis. Text and images may continue generating after payment; processing times depend on the service and its providers. Some images may be unavailable or require a retry. For non-delivery or a serious fault, contact us under the Refund Policy.

Paid online access lasts 24 hours from payment confirmation. Download the PDF and available images before expiry to keep a copy. Free sessions ordinarily last up to two hours; starting checkout may extend temporary retention to allow payment.

Access is tied to the original private browser session. Clearing cookies, changing browsers or devices, or choosing Upload a new photo can end access to the previous report. Keep your session and receipt when requesting help. The online session is not a permanent archive, and we cannot promise to recover deleted report data.

Refunds and cancellation

We provide refunds for verified duplicate charges, non-delivery we cannot resolve, or serious technical problems we cannot correct. Delivered digital reports are not normally refundable for a change of mind or subjective disagreement with an AI result. The Refund Policy gives the full conditions and process.

You can leave checkout before payment. A completed purchase has no recurring renewal to cancel. A report purchase refund revokes further paid online access. Nothing limits mandatory refund, withdrawal, or consumer rights under applicable law.

Content and permitted use

The website's software, design, original guides, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use your delivered report and downloaded files for personal styling, subject to the rights of people and third-party material depicted. Do not resell the service, redistribute our guides as your own, or access another person's private report. AI output may resemble other output; we do not guarantee every generated element is unique or free of third-party rights.

Availability and enforcement

Maintenance, provider failures, security incidents, or capacity limits can interrupt service. We may modify features or restrict access to address misuse, legal requirements, or security risks. Such changes do not remove obligations for an accepted purchase or remedies required by law. Contact support if a fault prevents paid report delivery.

Liability and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by law, the service and styling estimates are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or suitability for every purpose. Where lawful, we exclude liability for indirect losses or purchases based solely on styling suggestions. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Questions, disputes, and updates

For support or a dispute, email support@coloranalysis.tools with your order details and a description of the issue. We will review it and communicate by email. You retain any right to use your payment provider's dispute process or a competent court or consumer authority.

We may update these terms and show the latest date above. The terms in effect at purchase govern that purchase unless a lawful change applies. Material changes will be communicated through the website or another appropriate channel. See Contact for payment, refund, and privacy requests.
